Director, Scouting & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Support talent identification, evaluation processes, and analytical infrastructure for high school, transfer portal, and international prospects
• Contribute to roster construction by providing data-driven insights and player personnel strategies
• Organize and maintain scouting systems and analytical frameworks
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with high discretion
• Maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, media, recruits, and NCAA officials
• Plan and prioritize assignments to meet competing deadlines and changing priorities

Requirements

• 5-7 years of recruiting experience as a college coach, scout, or recruiting coordinator
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and training
• Strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various software systems including ARMS, Teamworks, Hudl, and XOs
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
