Director - SaT - TMT - SaT - S&E - Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of commercial due diligence and corporate strategy engagements for TMT clients
• Manage growth strategy and feasibility studies for private equity firms and corporate clients
• Drive business development initiatives, including the preparation of pitch documents, industry notes, and scopes of work
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of financial and MIS information, secondary research, and primary stakeholder discussions
• Support the creation of thought leadership and industry knowledge artifacts
• Manage client interactions and evolve from engagement delivery to proactive engagement management

Requirements

• MBA from a Tier 1 college
• 10+ years of professional experience post-MBA
• Proven background in Consulting, Private Equity (PE), or Venture Capital (VC)
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to travel within India and abroad
