Director, SAP SCM

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain planning processes within the SAP ecosystem
• Lead global projects in SAP Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality from inception to completion
• Develop best practice solutions and identify latest trends in Operations to drive efficiency
• Analyze business requirements and present implementation roadmaps based on cost/benefit analysis
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team of SAP specialists
• Engage with operations leaders to identify business problems suitable for AI and automation solutions

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in process mapping, design, configuration, and customizing of SAP Solutions
• More than 7 years of experience in SAP SCM solutions implementation within an IT team
• Proficiency with SAP, ERP, S/4 Hana, SAP IBP, SAP QM, and SAP Production
• Strong background with automation tools such as RPA, workflow automation, and process mining
• Experience aligning teams to common business processes and application adoption

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration
• APICS, SAP IBP, SAP Manufacturing, or SAP Quality certifications
