Director - SAP ERP - Data

Responsibilities

• Support industrial clients in leveraging SAP data to improve business process performance and strategic decision-making.
• Lead end-to-end data and IT transformation programs, including strategic scoping, data architecture definition, governance, and data migration.
• Design and deploy modern data platforms integrating advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to exploit SAP and non-SAP data.
• Develop and manage project teams, supporting the professional growth and skill development of consultants.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and missions requiring functional, sectoral, and technical expertise.
• Participate in Practice management by creating high-value content and implementing continuous improvement plans.

Requirements

• Master 2 or Engineering degree (Business School or Engineering School).
• At least 10 years of experience in consulting or a corporate environment, ideally with prior management experience.
• Strong expertise in IT architecture, including system urbanization, SAP/non-SAP integration, and complex target solution definition.
• Proven ability to handle complex subjects with rigor, analytical skills, and synthesis capabilities.
• Professional fluency in English (C1 level).
