Director, SAP Development

Responsibilities

• Design, architect and oversee all SAP development activities for multiple project initiatives and application management services (AMS) support
• Leverage SAP technical subject matter expertise in SAP ABAP, FIORI and BTP to drive technical design solutions and innovations
• Define, implement, and enforce development standards and best practices including clean core methodology
• Provide governance oversight for vendor or AMS-delivered developments to ensure timely delivery and technical compliance
• Conduct and manage regular code and documentation reviews to ensure high quality
• Stay ahead of SAP technical roadmap and recommend adoption of new innovations

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in SAP Development
• More than 7 years of experience in process mapping, design, configuration and customizing of SAP Solutions
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP, FIORI, BTP, RPA, SAP AI solutions, and Integrations
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
