Director Sandisk Online Store & Marketplaces

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global ecommerce operations strategy for consumer and partner direct businesses
• Oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations across the US, Europe, and Japan
• Report weekly on revenue and forecasting, and lead quarterly business reviews
• Drive continuous improvement of performance metrics and KPIs
• Champion cross-functional alignment between technology, finance, and supply chain teams
• Own key aspects of the eCommerce experience including conversion optimization and onsite cart execution
• Lead and mentor a global distributed team as a player-coach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience managing global ecommerce operations
• Strong understanding of headless ecommerce platforms and modern architecture
• Experience with SAP and Hybris is a plus
• Strong reporting and analytics skills
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams
