Director - Salesforce Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent Salesforce engagements with accountability for execution quality and client satisfaction
• Define and mature the offshore delivery model, including team structure, governance, and capacity planning
• Build and scale high-performing teams across development, architecture, QA, and DevOps
• Establish technical governance, including architecture standards, secure development practices, and code quality
• Drive operational excellence through measurable KPIs, delivery scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and mentor technical leads, architects, and engineering managers
• Partner with onshore leadership to ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery execution

Requirements

• 15+ years of Salesforce experience including large-scale program delivery and technical leadership
• 5+ years leading offshore delivery organizations or large distributed teams
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, and data architecture
• Experience with multi-cloud implementations and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, Boomi)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes like Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash
• Proven track record in managing margins, utilization, and delivery KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building scalable delivery organizations and repeatable delivery frameworks
• Ability to operate at both executive strategy and ground-level technical execution levels
• Experience driving AI-enabled delivery capabilities and QA automation frameworks
