About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and execute sales targets for named large banking clients
- Work with US-based account management teams to expand business with India captive operations
- Manage relationships with CXO level client executives and key buyers
- Generate new opportunities and expand existing engagements
- Work with solutions teams to prepare winning proposals and craft commercial solutions
- Negotiate commercials and Statements of Work
- Coordinate with internal staffing and recruitment for demand fulfillment
- Manage billing, invoicing, and collections processes
- Manage people care for consultants on client engagements
Requirements
- Prior IT Sales and Sales enablement experience for BFSI clients
- Deep knowledge of Banking and Financial Services domain (Commercial Banking, Payments, Treasury, Lending, etc.)
- Knowledge of IT trends including Cloud, AI, and RPA
- Experience leading sales of IT consulting projects with annual values exceeding $15M+
- Experience working with IT captive setups of large banks
- Experience working in multi-cultural environments, specifically with teams in India
- BS/BE/B.Tech degree, preferably with an MBA
- Excellent industry connections within the banking sector
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior IT Project or Delivery Management experience
