About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration across the US Central region.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive enterprise sales cycles from start to finish, engaging with C-level executives at major accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps with customer needs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 8 years in senior sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions in security, privacy, or compliance fields.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Experience with modern sales methodologies and tools, including Salesforce and MEDDIC.
  • Proven ability to scale sales organizations from $10M to $30M+ in annual recurring revenue.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries like Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology.
