About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement comprehensive change management strategies for global sales and commercial transformation initiatives
  • Conduct change impact assessments across various regions, functions, and customer segments
  • Partner with senior executives and regional sales heads to align on transformation objectives and leadership engagement
  • Design and execute multi-channel communication strategies to translate complex programs into compelling narratives for sales teams
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to design and deploy training programs supporting new tools, processes, and digital adoption
  • Establish frameworks and KPIs to track adoption, usage, and behavioral change, such as CRM utilization and pipeline quality
  • Identify transformation risks and resistance points to proactively develop mitigation strategies
  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and customer-centricity within the global sales organization

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Change Management, Sales Transformation, or Commercial Excellence
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, global change initiatives within multinational organizations
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, commercial operations, and go-to-market (GTM) models
  • Experience with CRM transformations (e.g., Salesforce)
