About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a sales tool and platform strategy aligned to business priorities and front-line sales workflows
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable sales solutions and digital capabilities
- Lead the implementation of new tools, features, and enhancements with a focus on speed to value
- Own the content lifecycle management, including standards, governance, and optimization within risk management frameworks
- Oversee digital organization, tagging, and maintenance of sales content across enablement platforms
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Technology to drive deep integration of enablement solutions into core platforms
- Drive field adoption through embedded learning, reinforcement, and clear change communication
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, tool strategy, or a related field
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Deep expertise in sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic) and CRM ecosystems
- Proven experience with digital enablement technologies and platform transformation
- Strong understanding of sales processes and front-line seller needs within a commercial banking context
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Agile development and product delivery methodologies
- Advanced skills in information architecture, design thinking, and user experience optimization
- Experience using data-driven insights and usage analytics to improve content relevance and accessibility
- Strong background in change management and adoption strategy
