Director, Sales Strategy and Operations

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive leadership, Business Operations, and Finance to optimize sales GTM
• Build and manage a sales strategy team supporting GTM strategy, process optimization, and fiscal planning
• Establish and maintain operating cadence across all sales functions to manage key performance metrics
• Partner with Marketing to monitor and report on the sales funnel
• Partner with Enablement and Sales leadership to evolve sales motion and rules of engagement
• Use data analysis and storytelling to generate business intelligence insights
• Develop and execute scalable fiscal planning processes including territory design and quota planning
• Drive process, change management, and operational efficiencies through the Sales organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Strategy, or Finance in B2B SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of CRM, sales cycle, lead generation, forecasting, and territory management
• Proven track record of leading change management and building aligned tooling
• Experience leading through influence with organizational leadership and executive teams
• Proven track record in operational excellence and automation
