About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute a dual-focus role combining Pre-Sales Consulting and Sales Executive responsibilities to drive Cloud Deployment Services and Payroll Solutions sales.
  • Perform discovery and scoping to identify complexity drivers and coordinate with technical SMEs for solution design.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW) tailored to client needs.
  • Support the RFP process by reviewing responses and ensuring scope-related documents match the deal model.
  • Achieve individual sales goals for Professional Services and related products within an assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting organizations with high potential for Service Delivery opportunities.
  • Provide market intelligence and product feedback to internal stakeholders to influence product development.
  • Manage the client-level cost of sale and provide input on pricing to maximize profit margins.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or financial discipline.
  • Proven sales experience with Cloud software or Implementation solutions.
  • Experience building and developing senior-level client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of the Workday ecosystem or other HRIS products.
  • Background in HR, Payroll, or Benefits administration.
  • Experience working with complex cloud-based implementation solutions.
