About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver regional revenue targets for Platform and AI motions
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key BFSI accounts in the region
  • Drive new business acquisition and cross-selling opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with Relationship Managers and monthly reviews with the Sales Head
  • Lead regional demand-generation and client engagement initiatives
  • Represent the company at regional industry events and client meetings
  • Ensure accurate CRM data management and sales forecasting
  • Coordinate with Presales teams for product demos, proposals, and RFP responses

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the BFSI or Fintech sectors
  • Strong existing regional network across major banks and NBFCs
  • Proven experience managing relationships at the CXO level
  • Exposure to selling SaaS or AI-powered products
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
