Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing wholesale sales team using consultative, solution-based methodologies.
- Drive profitable revenue growth by helping service providers solve complex business challenges through integrated TELUS solutions.
- Develop strategic business plans that balance immediate wins with sustainable long-term growth.
- Manage key partner relationships and navigate complex organizational dynamics with integrity.
- Collaborate across product management, marketing, finance, and customer experience teams to optimize sales approaches.
- Utilize data and AI tools to optimize sales performance and decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and coaching high-performance sales teams.
- 10+ years of experience in IT and telecommunications sales, including proven wholesale experience.
- Demonstrated success in C-suite relationship management within large enterprises.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and Generative AI tools.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to foster inclusive, psychologically safe team environments.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience in consultative sales leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional sales certification.
- Bilingualism in English and French.
