About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a high-performing wholesale sales team using consultative, solution-based methodologies.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth by helping service providers solve complex business challenges through integrated TELUS solutions.
  • Develop strategic business plans that balance immediate wins with sustainable long-term growth.
  • Manage key partner relationships and navigate complex organizational dynamics with integrity.
  • Collaborate across product management, marketing, finance, and customer experience teams to optimize sales approaches.
  • Utilize data and AI tools to optimize sales performance and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and coaching high-performance sales teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT and telecommunications sales, including proven wholesale experience.
  • Demonstrated success in C-suite relationship management within large enterprises.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and Generative AI tools.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to foster inclusive, psychologically safe team environments.
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience in consultative sales leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional sales certification.
  • Bilingualism in English and French.
