About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Operations function for AMER and Public Sector regions, setting vision and operating models
  • Partner with senior sales leaders on forecasting, pipeline management, and territory/quota planning
  • Drive core sales operating cadences including forecast reviews, KPI reporting, and business reviews
  • Deliver actionable reporting and analytics regarding bookings, pipeline health, and conversion trends
  • Identify and resolve process gaps across opportunity-to-close and renewal workflows
  • Optimize Salesforce and related commercial systems to ensure data quality and automation
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing Sales Operations team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a B2B technology environment
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process design
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and analytics tools like Tableau
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional decisions across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a recurring-revenue software or SaaS business model
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Tableau
  • Experience supporting global go-to-market teams across multiple regions
  • Familiarity with territory design, quota planning, and compensation frameworks
  • Experience leading large-scale systems enhancement or business intelligence initiatives
