Director, Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, modeling, and administration of the field IC program
• Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure IC plans are competitive and aligned to corporate goals
• Deliver timely and accurate IC reporting, payout calculations, and field communications
• Own the development, maintenance, and optimization of sales force structure, territory alignments, and targeting strategies
• Leverage analytics, segmentation, and forecasting to inform sizing decisions
• Oversee fleet strategy, vendor management, policy development, and operational execution for field vehicles
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Sales with data-driven recommendations
• Partner with Commercial Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and support for field teams
• Deliver high-quality operational processes for roster management and field credentialing

Requirements

• BA or BS degree (MS or MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant sales effectiveness or sales force automation experience
• Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Life Sciences experience required
• Experience implementing field CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or IQVIA OCE
• Ability to travel approximately 10%
• Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards

• Experience with product launches
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
