About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, governance, and execution of sales incentive programs to drive revenue targets and desired behaviors
  • Unify existing team members into a cohesive Sales Program Operations function with clear accountability and service standards
  • Develop and refine sales policies, rules of engagement, and supporting documentation to ensure consistency across channels
  • Oversee sales expense management, including governance, tracking, and budget visibility
  • Establish a structured communications framework to streamline messaging regarding policy changes and operational updates to the sales organization
  • Proactively identify operational gaps and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve legacy processes and reduce friction for sellers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related business operations roles
  • 3+ years of experience leading and scaling teams
  • Demonstrated experience building or transforming an operational function
  • Strong financial acumen and highly analytical skills
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal
  • Proven ability to identify business gaps and independently drive scalable solutions

  • Experience operating in high-growth or rapidly evolving sales organizations
