About the role
Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and review strategic plans to drive business goals aligned with corporate strategy
- Utilize territory planning, account reviews, pipeline management, and forecast calls
- Coach the sales team on positioning and articulating the value proposition
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales engineering, alliances, customer success, and marketing
- Establish growth plans for regional expansion and manage customer escalations
Requirements
- Past sales leadership experience in a SaaS cybersecurity company
- Proven experience developing successful sales functions across EMEA
- Deep knowledge of international markets and GTM strategies in Europe and the Middle East
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience opening international markets from scratch
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment
- Established partner network
