About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer engagement within the mass-market segment in India.
  • Develop and execute annual mass-market business plans and regional growth strategies.
  • Lead and coach mass-market sales staff to effectively drive distributor sales and FAE development.
  • Manage distributor and channel relationships, including defining target customers and reviewing performance.
  • Drive Design Registration, Design-In, and Design-Win initiatives to accelerate long-term revenue.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key mass-market customers and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Groups, Marketing, FAE, and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 20+ years of semiconductor, electronics, technology, or B2B sales experience.
  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams and channel partners.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience managing complex customer ecosystems and distributor networks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience within the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience leading regional or country-level sales organizations.
  • Strong understanding of demand creation, design-win management, and channel sales models.
  • Demonstrated success in growing mass-market revenue through indirect channels.
