About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and execute strategic business development plans for a defined territory of strategic customers.
  • Lead, direct, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Establish customer outreach strategies, including setting targets for face-to-face meetings and sales goals.
  • Maintain active relationships with customers and intermediaries using strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Lead team forecast reviews, including tracking pipeline and renewals.
  • Identify business opportunities for new product and feature development through market and client exposure.
  • Partner with marketing, events, and product strategy teams to drive sales campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a related B2B sales role within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in pipeline management from initial lead to close and conducting presales activities.
  • Knowledge of the global corporate industry, market dynamics, and customer business drivers.
  • Experience with Agentic AI and SaaS-based cloud services, including AWS.
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 30-40% of the time.
