About the role
Responsibilities
- Build the onboarding infrastructure and role-based learning paths for new AEs
- Develop persona guides and conversation frameworks for key buyers
- Create playbooks, discovery guides, and objection-handling frameworks based on Gong and win/loss data
- Implement AI tools and training to drive GTM productivity
- Define and report on ramp time, certification completion, and tool adoption
Requirements
- 8-12 years in sales or revenue enablement
- Proven track record of building enablement programs from scratch
- Strong analytical skills with ability to build business cases
- Hands-on experience implementing AI for GTM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bias for action and extreme ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, capital markets, or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies
- Experience hiring and managing an enablement team
