About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build the onboarding infrastructure and role-based learning paths for new AEs
  • Develop persona guides and conversation frameworks for key buyers
  • Create playbooks, discovery guides, and objection-handling frameworks based on Gong and win/loss data
  • Implement AI tools and training to drive GTM productivity
  • Define and report on ramp time, certification completion, and tool adoption

Requirements

  • 8-12 years in sales or revenue enablement
  • Proven track record of building enablement programs from scratch
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to build business cases
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI for GTM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bias for action and extreme ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, capital markets, or enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies
  • Experience hiring and managing an enablement team
