Responsibilities
- Distill Fonoa's multi-product proposition into clear messages and narratives for various buyer personas
- Identify deal stalls and drive improvements in discovery, qualification, and deal progression
- Operationalize sales methodologies like MEDDPICC across teams
- Partner with frontline managers to reinforce behaviors and coach reps
- Evolve onboarding bootcamps into structured, repeatable programs to reduce ramp time
- Prioritize field impact and execution over simple content creation
Requirements
- Background as an AE, Sales Leader, or GTM operator
- Proven track record of strong commercial execution
- Experience implementing sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and finance/CFO buyer personas
- Experience in high-growth, scale-up environments
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure enablement impact
- Ability to be both strategic and hands-on
