About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the activation of US Commercial Banking sales strategy by translating business priorities into segment-specific enablement and execution readiness.
- Serve as the primary enablement partner to Segment Leaders and Coverage Heads to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Lead go-to-market readiness for major launches, strategic initiatives, and priority sales campaigns.
- Manage the execution of priority sales programs, ensuring successful field adoption and identifying potential execution gaps.
- Lead and develop segment enablement leads to ensure consistent delivery across U.S. Commercial Banking segments.
- Establish structured field feedback loops to capture insights and continuously refine enablement approaches.
- Drive change management efforts to support the adoption of new sales initiatives, processes, and tools.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to align messaging and sales priorities.
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant experience in sales effectiveness, business development, or a related field.
- Post-secondary degree in Business or a related field of study.
- In-depth program management and change management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the financial industry and commercial banking products.
- Expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, cross-selling, and prospecting strategies.
- Proven ability in data-driven decision making, including ROI calculation and metrics-based analysis.
- Expert verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
