About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, and manage a global team of high-performing SDRs across multiple regions
  • Drive outbound and inbound strategies to generate qualified opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine ICPs, campaigns, and messaging
  • Use data and tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft to track KPIs and optimize performance
  • Build robust enablement and onboarding programs to accelerate SDR ramp time
  • Work closely with executive leadership to shape and execute growth strategies

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in SaaS/B2B sales development
  • 2+ years of experience leading SDR or BDR teams
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline targets and developing talent
  • Proficiency with sales tech stacks including Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Experience navigating enterprise customers and CISO-level conversations
  • Ability to operate in a high-growth, high-autonomy environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in cybersecurity or experience selling technical products
