About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design of compensation plans for sellers across all GTM channels
  • Act as the connective thread between Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Revenue Operations to align plan designs and quotas
  • Manage governance plan policies, including true-ups, exceptions, and sales contract terms and conditions
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to senior GTM and Sales Finance leaders, translating complex compensation data into actionable business insights

Requirements

  • Extensive leadership experience in global sales incentive design within the tech/SaaS industry
  • Expert-level analytical modeling skills
  • Ability to manage large-scale data infrastructure
  • Experience with internal systems for scalable analytics infrastructure
