About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement North American sales strategies for global OEM customers to achieve short- and long-term sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with assigned OEM customers and negotiate long-term commercial agreements.
  • Lead pricing strategy development and execution in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Own and monitor sales performance for the US and Mexico, managing costs and sales budgets.
  • Monitor market, customer, and industry trends to ensure competitiveness and proactive strategy adjustment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Key Account Managers.
  • Drive digital transformation and process digitalization initiatives within the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience specifically with Automotive OEM customers.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience leading teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and enterprise systems such as SAP.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical background and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree.
  • Direct experience or knowledge in filtration engineering, manufacturing, or sales.
  • Specific experience in the OES or Automotive aftermarket sectors.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
