Director - Rolling Mill Service Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic product management and commercial execution of the Rolling Mill Services segment
• Achieve annual sales, margin, and growth targets in alignment with company budgets
• Identify and develop new service offerings, market opportunities, and expansion initiatives
• Manage key customer accounts and develop new relationships through direct selling and executive engagement
• Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and contract execution to ensure profitability
• Collaborate with plant operations, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful order fulfillment
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and performance management
• Monitor sales pipeline activity and provide market insights to senior leadership

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in industrial services, manufacturing, metals, or related commercial leadership roles
• Proven success in business development, product management, or sales leadership
• Strong knowledge of rolling mill services, industrial equipment, and customer applications
• Experience in pricing strategy and complex contract negotiations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Ability to travel as required to support customers and business objectives
