Responsibilities

• Lead a region of approximately 220 employees primarily located in the Stockholm area
• Develop both the business operations and the people within the organization
• Lead through other managers and participate in the Road & Rail Sweden management team
• Build engagement and trust to create an environment where people thrive and grow
• Create trustworthy customer relationships and long-term profitability
• Contribute to collaboration, quality, and continuous learning among employees

Requirements

• Extensive experience in urban development and infrastructure as a consultant, client, or contractor
• Proven experience leading through other managers
• Ability to combine business acumen with people development
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
