About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Revenue Strategy & Operations professionals, maintaining high standards for analytical rigor and commercial impact.
- Own end-to-end regional planning cycles, including target setting, incentive plan development, and territory management.
- Drive analysis of go-to-market performance through QBRs, weekly revenue calls, and deep dives into pipeline and productivity.
- Manage the regional revenue forecasting model, partnering with Sales and Finance to improve accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives such as pricing, packaging, and new product or vertical launches.
- Act as the regional owner for GTM tooling, including Salesforce, to ensure data quality and high user adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, including leadership in a top-tier strategy consultancy (MBB preferred) or a high-growth environment.
- Extensive experience executing sales-led go-to-market strategies in B2B environments (fintech or software experience is a plus).
- Proven track record in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategy and operations roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Looker (or similar BI tools), and Excel.
- Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with disciplined, short-term execution and process management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex data into actionable stories.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing Revenue Strategy & Operations teams.
- Background combining management consulting with in-house operating experience in high-growth B2B technology companies.
- Prior ownership of regional revenue strategy for ANZ or similar markets.
- Familiarity with payment domains such as FX, business accounts, cards, and spend management.
