About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and run the GTM operating rhythm including QBRs, weekly forecast calls, and pipeline reviews
  • Define and enforce data, process, and governance standards for GTM data
  • Partner with Finance on revenue analytics, cohort performance, and sales efficiency
  • Own and influence the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools
  • Identify and deploy AI and automation opportunities across the GTM workflow
  • Build high-impact analytics capabilities to drive recommendations for conversion and velocity
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing RevOps organization across strategy, analytics, and systems

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Operations & Strategy experience at high growth technology companies
  • Experience working with 100+ person sales organization
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in modeling complex problems
  • Experience designing sales and customer success organizations
  • Excellent communication skills with senior management
  • Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast-paced, global environment
