About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and run the GTM operating rhythm including QBRs, weekly forecast calls, and pipeline reviews
- Define and enforce data, process, and governance standards for GTM data
- Partner with Finance on revenue analytics, cohort performance, and sales efficiency
- Own and influence the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools
- Identify and deploy AI and automation opportunities across the GTM workflow
- Build high-impact analytics capabilities to drive recommendations for conversion and velocity
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing RevOps organization across strategy, analytics, and systems
Requirements
- 10+ years of Operations & Strategy experience at high growth technology companies
- Experience working with 100+ person sales organization
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in modeling complex problems
- Experience designing sales and customer success organizations
- Excellent communication skills with senior management
- Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast-paced, global environment
