Responsibilities
- Architect and manage the end-to-end revenue lifecycle
- Ensure GTM spend results in predictable, high-margin ARR
- Minimize the gap between marketing leads and recognized revenue
- Set up and operationalize a deal desk function
- Handle revenue recognition and complex reconciliations for financial statements
- Analyze patterns and devise solutions for GTM and sales strategy
- Prepare reviews to drive executive alignment and decision-making
Requirements
- 8 years of total professional experience
- 4+ years in a RevOps role at a B2B SaaS company
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to analyze key metrics like LTV:CAC and Magic Numbers
- Experience structuring complex enterprise software deals
- Strong attention to detail regarding financial reconciliations
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in the fintech, identity, risk, or payments space
- Experience managing RevOps on an international scale
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and RFP participation
