Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. We serve over 400 clients, including some of America’s largest banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the hands-on owner of Revenue Operations, driving strategy and execution across sales, marketing, and partnerships
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 direct reports
  • Partner with leadership across GTM, Finance, and Operations to shape business strategy
  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM reporting and ensure actionable business insights
  • Act as the primary administrator and architect for the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce
  • Drive strategic initiatives including territory planning, account segmentation, and TAM analysis
  • Build and maintain scalable operational processes and reporting infrastructure
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Product teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Revenue Operations experience
  • Significant hands-on ownership of Salesforce, forecasting, and GTM systems
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing RevOps or GTM Operations teams
  • Deep understanding of GTM operations in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment
  • Proven ability to build scalable reporting infrastructure and operational processes
  • Strong analytical and systems-oriented mindset
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with financial services, fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments
  • Experience at a Series B or similarly high-growth startup
