Director - Revenue Management

Responsibilities

• Support the Vice President – Revenue in developing and executing the Total Revenue Management strategy across all business units.
• Translate enterprise commercial strategy into operational revenue plans, pricing actions, and distribution tactics.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure aligned revenue decisions.
• Drive optimization across all revenue streams including Rooms, F&B, Spa, Retail, Leisure, and MICE.
• Manage segment, channel, and business-line revenue and profit targets against budget and forecast.
• Build and maintain revenue forecasting models for total property performance and guest lifetime value.
• Develop revenue dashboards and predictive analytics using PMS, POS, CRM, and digital marketing data.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing to recommend timely commercial responses.
• Drive initiatives to enhance EBITDA through improved yield, mix management, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of revenue management or commercial experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role within luxury integrated resorts or large-scale hospitality.
• Proven success in leading multi-revenue stream optimization and data-driven commercial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of distribution systems and BI tools.
• Proficiency with tools such as SynXis, Duetto, Power BI, Tableau, or SAS.
