Director, Revenue Growth Management

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Revenue Growth Management for the fairlife® Bottler and eCommerce businesses
• Develop and own multi-year price pack architecture across brands, channels, and categories
• Establish pricing guardrails and channel-specific trade strategies to ensure market coherency and margin delivery
• Partner with Coca-Cola Bottlers and participate in governance routines to align on strategy
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing to support Annual Business Planning and customer execution
• Provide pricing and trade guidance at both portfolio and customer levels
• Oversee post-promotion analysis and optimize promotional cadence and mechanics

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in RGM, Sales Finance, or Commercial Planning
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
• Proven influencing skills to build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen
• People leadership experience with ability to manage and coach direct reports
• Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Exceptional analytical and technical skills
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms
