Director, Retail

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year retail partnership strategy to drive platform scale, monetization, and advertiser value.
• Own senior-level relationships with key retail partners, acting as the executive sponsor and primary strategic lead.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of Tier 1, Tier 2, and emerging retail partnerships, including big-box, e-commerce, and specialty electronics.
• Lead complex negotiations regarding commercial terms, data usage, and long-term expansion commitments.
• Drive joint monetization strategies that link CTV inventory with retail shopper data and measurement.
• Oversee retail-specific go-to-market strategies, including product launches, merchandising, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Influence product, engineering, and marketing roadmaps based on retail market trends and partner requirements.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in retail partnerships or platform partnerships.
• Proven track record of owning and managing large, strategic partner portfolios.
• Deep understanding of retail ecosystems, retail media networks, and platform monetization models.
• Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience driving complex, cross-functional outcomes at scale.
