About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and articulation of the Retailer Division Mission & Objectives
- Set the operating and strategic vision and direction for the Division
- Develop competitive strategy, sales, and marketing plans to achieve revenue objectives
- Meet or exceed annual revenue growth plans and profitability goals
- Grow market share in existing markets and establish relationships in new markets
- Develop pricing strategies and structures to leverage profitability
- Identify industry trends and measure customer satisfaction
- Lead recruiting efforts for top talent and manage employee development programs
- Promote company culture and ethical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Extensive experience managing multiple retail locations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel extensively for staff training, customer visits, and industry events
- Industry experience in home building products preferred
