About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the global retail marketing and visual merchandising strategy to drive cohesive brand expression across all brick & mortar and wholesale environments.
- Translate global brand narratives and seasonal priorities into impactful in-store storytelling, including floor sets, windows, and experiential moments.
- Establish global visual merchandising standards, principles, and scalable modular toolkits to ensure brand consistency across all store formats and regions.
- Partner closely with Retail, Wholesale, and Marketplace teams to ensure retail marketing and VM support channel-specific needs.
- Align retail execution with the global go-to-market calendar by working with Brand Management, Creative, Integrated Marketing, and Product Merchandising.
- Define and track retail marketing and VM effectiveness using KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and revenue per square foot.
- Lead and develop a global retail marketing and VM organization with strong creative and operational capabilities.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of professional experience in retail marketing or visual merchandising.
- Deep expertise in visual merchandising, retail storytelling, and physical brand experiences.
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into commercially effective in-store execution.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of retail KPIs and shopper behavior.
- Strong planning and operational discipline across seasonal retail calendars.
