About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead development site sales, project/land marketing, and general agency divisions in the Newcastle office
- Play a key role in the NSW Residential Leadership team to develop and implement the Newcastle Residential Business Plan
- Collaborate on the New Business Strategy to expand the client base and increase market share
- Oversee land and apartment projects, providing high-level strategic direction and client management
- Pitch, list, and win new land and apartment projects
- Recruit and lead a team of residential project marketing professionals to achieve sales targets
- Assist in implementing the annual Client Engagement Plan
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the property industry
- Valid NSW Real Estate Licence
- Extensive knowledge of the Newcastle property market
- Proven experience in off the plan project sales
- Strong understanding of sales and contract administration processes
- Previous experience leading a residential sales team
- Availability to work occasional weekends for project launches
