Responsibilities

• Articulate data-driven insights in a logical flow to deliver compelling stories to clients
• Bring the consumer’s world to life through qualitative and cultural mining and quantitative research synthesis
• Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic skills to solve client business problems
• Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and identify new research methodologies
• Evaluate creative concepts and provide sound feedback or recommendations
• Facilitate brainstorms, workshops, and ideation sessions
• Direct the strategic development of client presentations and stakeholder communications
• Manage the growth and development of direct reports through actionable feedback
• Build and maintain client and external agency relationships

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience building brands at a top agency for Fortune 500 clients
• Proven experience at the intersection of business strategy, consumer insights, and digital behavior
• Management experience with a focus on mentorship and team empowerment
• Ability to interpret qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral research data
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strategic thinking with a balanced analytical and creative approach to integrated marketing
• Deep understanding of multiple communication channels and their role in brand marketing
