About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead governance for released products, driving functional alignment and prioritization across the portfolio
  • Act as the end-to-end operations interface and liaison between the business, operations, and supply chain
  • Manage a team of operations members and program managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders to resolve conflicting goals and drive optimal business solutions
  • Execute plant network optimization, manufacturing transfers, scale-up of new products, and make vs. buy analyses

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years of experience with a Master's degree
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing, etc.) or Sciences
  • Proven experience in product lifecycle management and cost optimization
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and operational strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA)
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Design for Reliability and Manufacturability certification
  • 10+ years of professional experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
