Director, Relationship Manager - Fuel Services

Responsibilities

• Facilitate growth through business development and management of key client relationships within fuel services.
• Lead the structuring of high-value, complex deals and credit approvals to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Manage high-value client portfolios, driving cross-selling, retention, and profitability.
• Act as a strategic advisor on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral requirements.
• Drive negotiations for complex transactions and serve as a primary client advocate.
• Analyze market trends and industry developments to optimize client satisfaction and solution strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies.
• Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong credit knowledge and skills, including credit risk assessment and deal structuring.
• Advanced proficiency in Project Management and Change Management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales metrics and generating significant revenue.

• Extensive experience in a segmented banking environment with a focus on complex deal structuring.
• Expert-level proficiency in stakeholder management and customer relationship building.
