Director Regional Sales Excellence

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Commercial Excellence agenda for Human Nutrition North America to ensure consistent execution and performance improvement.
• Lead the deployment and adoption of standardized sales methodologies, processes, and playbooks across the region.
• Translate global Commercial Excellence priorities into actionable regional strategies and execution roadmaps.
• Partner with regional Sales Leadership and Business Unit leaders to ensure alignment and drive accountability.
• Identify and scale best practices across different countries and segments to drive continuous improvement.
• Steer regional focus toward high-value opportunities, strategic accounts, and value-based selling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record in driving sales transformation and CRM adoption.
• Extensive experience working within multinational, matrix organizations.
• Strong data and analytics skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive change across diverse teams without direct authority.
