About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual incremental growth targets for Mack and Volvo parts sales within the assigned region.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team, including District Parts Managers, to improve sales acumen and execution.
  • Build and strengthen trusted-advisor relationships with Dealer Principals and C-suite leaders.
  • Manage sales pipeline discipline and CRM adoption using Salesforce and the IMPAX sales process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of regional markets, competitors, and customer growth expectations.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support corporate objectives related to market share and operating income.
  • Travel extensively (approximately 70% of the time) to support the team in the field and engage with key decision makers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the commercial vehicles industry or a related business.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Proven experience driving CRM adoption and using defined sales processes.
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time to meet with customers and dealers.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, Portland, Los Angeles, Oklahoma City, Salt Lake City, or Northwest Arkansas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, and brand management.
  • Proven track record of managing field sales teams and delivering measurable results.
