About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a recruiting team, providing coaching, development, and mentorship to direct and indirect reports
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for specific business segments or lead horizontal organizational initiatives
- Consult with and interact with business clients to align talent acquisition with business needs
- Meet or exceed key recruiting metrics, including volume, quality, and cost
- Perform program management duties, serving as a data lead on various project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting, including full life cycle, research, and sourcing
- At least 8 years of experience in Client Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or PMP
- 9+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting
- 9+ years of experience in Client Management
