Director, Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic development of the Real Estate business in Frankfurt
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities in financial, developer, and life science sectors
• Build and expand client partnerships and global accounts
• Lead, hire, and mentor a team of project and cost management professionals
• Act as the senior contact for major international clients in the Frankfurt region
• Ensure quality delivery and oversight of major Real Estate projects
• Coordinate staffing and optimize resource allocation

Requirements

• 15+ years of technical and leadership experience in Real Estate project or programme management
• Recognized university degree
• Strong professional network within the Frankfurt market
• Proven track record in business development and winning new clients
• Strong consultancy background with client-facing expertise
• Full professional proficiency in German and English
