Director, Readiness & Skills Development

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver multi-year learning and readiness strategies aligned to U.S. Commercial Banking priorities
• Own the end-to-end design and sustainment of core learning journeys and capability frameworks
• Lead change management for major learning initiatives to drive adoption and sustainment
• Provide full lifecycle oversight of learning programs, including scope, timelines, budgets, and quality
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce effectiveness and capability gaps
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Learning Partners and Specialists
• Oversee learning-related vendor management and ensure compliance with risk frameworks and regulatory standards

Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field
• Expert-level experience in learning design and facilitation
• Expert program and project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Expert skills in process design, formalization, and building scalable, repeatable frameworks
• Strong risk management expertise, including identifying and mitigating risks within governance frameworks
• Expert analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams
