About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise QA/QC strategy across all DIG construction projects
- Build, lead, and develop a multi-site team of QC Managers and Senior QC Managers
- Establish the program-level Quality Management System (QMS), including standards, playbooks, and inspection frameworks
- Partner with executive leadership in Construction, Commissioning, Design, Procurement, and Operations
- Manage quality relationships with GCs, major subcontractors, and OEM partners
- Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting for real-time visibility into quality performance
- Define commissioning readiness standards and ensure construction-to-commissioning handoff integrity
- Lead post-incident and post-project quality reviews and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- 15+ years in construction QA/QC
- 5+ years leading quality at a program, portfolio, or multi-site level
- Deep expertise in MEP systems for mission-critical environments (electrical, mechanical, controls)
- Proven experience building and leading distributed QC teams
- Track record establishing enterprise QMS frameworks and metrics
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership
- Expertise in quality data, trend analysis, and root cause methodology
Preferred Qualifications
- Hyperscale or large-scale data center program experience
- Background in complex mission-critical verticals like Healthcare, Semiconductor, or Refinery
- Familiarity with Procore, BIM360, and enterprise construction data platforms
- Relevant certifications such as CQM, CQI, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma
