Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global QA strategy, aligning test coverage and automation standards across all product lines
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing distributed QA team across the US, India, and Poland
  • Champion the adoption of AI and ML-powered testing tools to accelerate defect detection and test generation
  • Architect and oversee robust automation frameworks for functional, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing
  • Act as the final gatekeeper for all engineering releases by defining and enforcing release readiness criteria
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to embed quality into every stage of the SDLC
  • Define, track, and communicate quality metrics and release health to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 9+ years in software quality engineering
  • 4+ years in a leadership role managing distributed or global QA teams
  • Proven track record of building QA organizations and automation frameworks from the ground up
  • Deep hands-on expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, pytest, JMeter, or k6)
  • Demonstrated experience adopting AI/ML-powered testing tools at scale
  • Strong command of performance, load, and scalability testing methodologies
  • Experience working in CI/CD environments and integrating quality gates into deployment pipelines
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
