Director, Quality Assurance Compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct teams to implement strategies for departmental success and alignment with company goals.
• Manage Quality Systems, including internal/external audits, document control, change control, and training.
• Oversee Complaints and Supplier Quality Management processes to ensure compliance with cGMP, Health Authority, and ISO standards.
• Facilitate the implementation of the Quality Strategy and support governance processes.
• Provide oversight for supplier risk assessments, supplier audits, and investigations into non-conforming supplier events.
• Lead audit preparation activities and participate in external audits by Notified Bodies and Health Authorities.
• Manage departmental budgets, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site quality systems.
• Collaborate with Global Compliance and Quality Systems groups to represent the site regarding evolving regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• 6 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at the Houston Manufacturing facility.
